Looking for a very simple explanation of what the resistors in a RTD bridge circuit are doing and why.

Change in resistance of RTD changes zero potential at the measuring end.

Thank you santosh. I am still having some trouble. I understand in the 2 wire how with a balanced bridge will see a difference in potential when the RTD changes resistance and this eliminates the resistance from the length of the lead wires but still leaves error for temperature fluctuations causing resistance on the lead wires. This part seems simple to me.

But with the 3 wire circuit on that page I do not understand how that 3rd leg that is going back to the voltage source is providing a reference for resistance
