The Field Instrument Installation Checklist is used to verify the Instrumentation Erection & Commissioning status.
Inspection Points for Field Instruments
1 Stand mounted at agreed marked position to design & drawing
2 Stand securely fixed with the correct type of bolts, nuts, washers & is level
3 All welds visually inspected, cut edges cleaned & coated as per specification
4 Instruments mounted as per hook up drawings with correct fasteners
5 Air line routing is as per approved drawings & clients satisfaction
6 Air line material is as approved standard
7 Air line installation is as per hook up drawings & is secure & neat
8 Impulse line routing is as per approved drawings & client satisfaction
9 Impulse line material is as per approved standard
10 Impulse line installation is as per hook up drawings & is secure & neat
11 Check if the screen is tied back & insulated
