Thank you for your answers.
I already know these standard as NPT, BSPT, BSPP, Metri.
My doubt is relating the General Specification of the project where I’m currently working which say that:
FOR IMPULSE FITTING, UNTION ECT TAPERED THREADS (ISO-METRIC) SHALL BE USED.
Can I use BSPT standards and represent the measure in mm instead on inch?
For example for a compression male fittings: M12 x 12OD instead of 1/2" x 12 OD?
If the client have specific standard recommendation, then first check the application of these fittings.
Each standard has specific advantage in terms of their application.
